Mindfulness sessions of practice, enquiry and group conversation,
each evening offering a theme to explore.
Open drop-in sessions for anyone who has completed an 8-week course or has some experience of meditation or mindfulness.
We have found that it’s very nourishing to connect with our inner resources of resilience and stability, and with group and facilitator support, in a time of continuing uncertainty and great challenge.
The sessions provide a safe space to experience mindfulness meditation and explore how to integrate what we’re learning from our practice into our life.
